Only after the goal, users, existing systems and actual need are understood do we decide which technical solution makes sense. Sometimes the best recommendation is not to build new software at all, but to use what already exists more effectively.

Sometimes further development is the most economical choice, sometimes gradual modernization, and sometimes a new build. What matters is the sensible solution for your business.
Do not build as much new software as possible – solve the right problem.
